I’m on a go transit bus travelling to the airport and we’re making the normal stop at yorkdale mall. Normally this would take all of 3 minutes.
But today, of course, the machine that the driver uses is acting up. So what would most intelligent, problem solvers do. They would just mark the ticket manually and let everyone get on.
But this moron has sat here for 10 minutes scanning the ticket over and over again. If I hear the error code again I will begin to beat him.
We pulled in at 6:23. Right on time and I was going to get to the airport comfortably. Well we’re pulling out now at 6:38. Fifteen god damn minutes. I am definitely late now.
I don’t want to sound like I’m shitting on GoTransit. They are actually very nice and helpful and the service is generally good. But my god. After trying a ticket 50 times I would move on.
